Eleonora Federici (M.A and Ph.D University of Hull) is ricercatrice of English at the University of Trento. She has translated literary and specialised texts. Her main rese-arch areas include translation studies, cultural studies postcolonial literature and gender studies. She has published various articles on intertextuality, on tourism, po-stcolonial theory and translation. She has co-edited The Controversial Woman's Body: Images and Representations in Literature and Art (2004).
